Short Code Method problem

  • Kathy_Goss

    @kathy_goss

    I have inserted the following shortcode in a page that is displayed on homepage (1/2 page template).

    [srp number_post_option='1' widget_title=' ' widget_title_hide_option='yes' thumbnail_width='110' thumbnail_height='110' post_exclude='206,209,212,215,218,229,265,271,275' post_content_type='excerpt' post_content_length='100' post_content_length_mode='words' string_break='... read on ']

    Questions/Problems:
    1. The excerpt does not display
    2. There is an extra space after title
    3. The width of post is sidebar width rather than 1/2 page
    4. What is the shortcode to exclude_category?
    5. I read on a previous forum post that there is a shortcode generated tab. Where do I find it?

    I would like the post to display/format like your example in screenshots. Thank you.

    1. post_content_type = ‘content’
    2. Edit CSS -> .srp-post-title {margin: 0;}
    3. I don’t understand.
    4. You can only include categories in the free version.
    5. That’s only in the PRO version. In that post i’ve misunderstood the user request.
