Short code editor is a greyed out – please help

    Hi,

    I don’t know if this is a very basic question, but I’ve installed wp-tile but when I click on the shortcake Icon on the page I’m inserting the tiles onto, the pop-up box is greyed out. I can see there should be 3 drop down menus at the top but as soon as I click on the page, the box dissapears.

    Is this something anyone on this forum as had happen, and can you please let me know if there is a solution.
