Short-code does not work

    When I try to use the “M” from the code editor to use the short-code option, it does not work and it appears always admin, instead of the personalised name.

    [subscriber:firstname | default:subscriber]

    And in the email, says admin..

    Could you please create a new subscriber in your site with a different email address and send an email to them to check whether their name or admin appears?

    Hi @danielinhou I am still with the short code issue as I was 6 months ago, but now I really need to use my mailing service. Please could you help? I already have the email designed but the shortcode is not working. I checked and the M from the editor works but once a send the email it appears always admin, I tried with different email addresses.

    Can you please send us a copy of your System Info found in MailPoet > Help?

    Make sure to remove any sensitive information before sending it here (i.e. email addresses)
