    There is no shortcode,
   but you can use [Menu URL Shortcode in Menu](https://wpforo.com/docs/root/getting-started/forum-menu/)
   and create Registration Menu which opens current wpForo Registration page.

 * I want to have it in footer of first page with subscribe or registration title,
   
   how can i show username and email field in footer?
 * (it is more simple to show only email field and make user name automatically 
   base on email )
