Hello! I have a question about the shopping cart page in WooCommerce. This is no longer responsive on my website. The blocks slide over each other and the buttons are not fully visible because of this.

I turned off all plugins, but that didn’t include the solution.

I can’t find any other problem either. Do you see what’s going on?

    Happy to hear from you!

    Hans

    Hi @magneetjeswinkel

I checked your website and found no issues with layout overlapping. Everything appears fine from my side. I’ve run tests using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

Often, these types of issues could be related to the web browser you’re using. A good first step to troubleshooting this would be to try clearing your browser’s cache. This can often help in resolving general site loading or performance issues.

You can follow our detailed guide on clearing browser cache here: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

If this doesn’t work, it would be best to contact the theme developers you used to build your site for further assistance. This is a third-party theme, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

    Hi Shameem,

Thank you for your response! I understand that I should have mentioned that it concerns the mobile version. I forgot to mention that explicitly, sorry. On the desktop version everything is indeed as it should be, but this does not apply to the mobile responsive version.

I understand that you refer me to the theme builder, but it will refer me back to you because it is a WooCommerce page.

The checkout page works properly, but mobile customers must of course first visit the shopping cart and will drop out there.

Would you be so kind as to take another look?

And yes, I also tested it with a clean cache in different browsers… 😉

Thanks for the clarification and further details.

Don’t worry; you can contact Bethtme’s support here. They won’t redirect back to us because you’re using a custom widget sourced from the theme on the checkout page. To confirm this, try removing everything from the cart and checkout page, then use the default cart and checkout block.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
