Shopping Cart with Multilingual and Multiprice functionality

It seems this is a non-starter as I’ve been scouring the web for a very long time attempting to find a solution but can’t find one and hoping someone can help …

I have a site where I would like to sell products except they need to be charged differently in the UK compared to Europe (due to taxes and charges I incur). I also need to be able to sell in both Euro and GBP.

The only things I can find is where there’s a currency conversion – which is no use as it’s not an actual conversion I require – it’s a different price for each currency.

Also, when they go into the European site (I’m using WPML for the multilingual aspect of the site) I need to display the prices in Euro and visa-versa with the UK.

I’m rather suspecting this is a bespoke request and something I can’t just get off the shelf but I though I’d ask first.
