Shopping Cart shortcode is not working

    The shortcode [show_wp_shopping_cart] is not displaying “Shopping cart is empty” message on the Shopping cart page. Instead it just shows a blank page. When items are added to cart, the short code functions normally and displays the cart. The short code is inserted using the classic editor plugin so there is no wrap.

    Wordpress Version 5.3.2
    Classic Editor Version 1.5
    Google Chrome Version 79.0.3945.130
    Simple Paypal Shopping Cart Version 4.4.9
