Shopping cart problem

I just recently upgraded to wp commerce 3.8.13 and am having a problem. Once an item is put in the cart, it goes to that item, and doesn’t show in the cart. If you hit the “shop” tab again, then the item shows in the cart. I am not that techie and could use some help figuring this out. My website is evvmsboosters.com.
