Shopping cart doesn't appear

Hi Support-Team,

I hope you can help me with the following problem:

On my webseite http://alexandragrassler.net/courses/ there are in the moment 2 different online-Courses. When someony wants to buy a course he/she has to “sign up” and type the data in (name, email, password).

Half of the time in the next step, the cart doesn’t appear, so they can’t check out!

I’ve tried to find a solution, but the only thing I’ve found was this: If the customer cleared the chache with Ctrl+F5 and tried it again in 99% it worked.

And please don’t say I have to update woocommerce. I tried it and it chrashed my site completely :/

The problem with don’t showing the cart exists since the beginning.

I really hope you can help me. I’m loosing customers because of this issue.
