    Hi @r0b3rt0

    Good news and bad news. Good news the plugin no longer makes my navigation bar disappear. YEEAAA bad news is now I can not seem to get my store to show up under the NA platform. When I had it set to EU a store appeared that wasn’t mine. I’ve been waiting for 8 hours for it to show up. Any clue why this is happening?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the update. I tested the scenario with the current version locally but was not able to reproduce it.
    Could you bring a version (now that it does not break your menu anymore) live and give me a link? I could then check in more detail what might be wrong.
    Alternatively you could go to your wp-admin in the “Settings” section.
    The URL will be something with options-general.php. If you change this to only options.php, you can search for the term “spreadshop” and check if language and platform match.
    You would need to have platform=NA, spreadShopLang=en, spreadshopTLD=com to have it working.

    I would really love your trouble to end and am extremely thankful for your patience.

    @r0b3rt0 sorry it took so long to reply to this. I’m having a hard time finding the section you’re speaking of. Here is the link to where my shop is supposed to be located: http://nekianichelle.com/the-n-collection/

    Do not worry. Even if it takes weeks, I need to be thankful for your support.
    From what I can see on the link (thx for sharing) is, that the platform is set to “EU” but the shop is on “NA”.
    This means, that the shop looks at the wrong domain for data and fails with this.
    In theory, this issue was fixed with one of the last releases.
    You should be able to go into the plugin settings. Change the platform from EU to NA (or what ever the current setting is), save, change again, save, change to your setting (NA in your case) and save one last time.
    If this does not work, removing and reinstalling the plugin should work.

    In the case that this also does not help (fingers crossed this does not happen) I have no idea what is happening and I need to debug even more.

    Right now I am not able to find a way to run into the problem that you are facing.

    Cheers

    @r0b3rt0 Thanks so much for your patience as well. I did do what you suggested and deleted the plugin from wordpress and reinstalled and it is still not showing up πŸ™

    This is driving me crazy. I will set up a new WP at home today and try to reproduce everything to be able to help you.

    Sorry, for the delay.
    I created a new WP instance, installed the plugin, set wrong settings and updated them afterwards.
    Everything worked fine.
    As I assume, that you have the latest version installed, it could be related to some “version update” issues.
    Could you please uninstall the plugin and afterwards install it again.
    This should finally solve the issue.
    Finers crossed!

    God I hate to be the bearer of bad news but for some reason that suggestion is not working for me. I deleted the plugin and reinstalled in and it is still not showing up on my end. I can not imagine what I’m possibly doing wrong. I wish I had a better outcome for you. I’m sorry but it is still not working.

    We will get it done together!
    Let us take a step back and not focus on the plugin but on the settings.
    Could you please post what you have set for:
    * platform
    * language
    * shopID

    Maybe I missed something in the overall configuration.

    @r0b3rt0 sorry for the delay in responding. Here is a link to a screenshot of my settings: http://tinypic.com/r/334kwly/9

    ;(… Seems as everything is fine there.
    If we can’t get it done with the following, I think I need to rewrite the plugin from scratch.

    * Please go to http://nekianichelle.com/wp-admin/options.php
    * press Ctrl+f
    * search for spreadshopTLD
    * enter com (it should say .net) right now
    * save

    Basically the plugin is pulling data from our platform in Europe instead America.

    Fingers crossed!

    Ding ding ding ding!!! That worked!!! FINALLY!! HAHA. It’s up and running beautifully. OMG thank you soooooo much for your patience and your willingness to correct the issue. You’ve been a pleasure to work with and I will be sure to rate this plug in 5 stars (I wish I could do 10 but it doesn’t go that high). I look forward to future updates. Now go enjoy the rest of your week πŸ™‚

    You can’t believe how happy I am, that this is solved.
    Overall you should not give me any rating as it took so long to support you with this issue.
    I am still embarrased, that the tool broke at such an earl stage of his lifecycle.
    Thank you for the support, the patience and for the continous feedback!

    I’ll close this ticket for now!
