If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
Thanks, Rajan.
It didn’t seem to help as I can’t disable the parent theme because it’s custom and I’m afraid of losing it.
Any other ideas?
That’s the current “shop”.
The one that isn’t working is currently at http://bishops.co/shop-2
The “shop-2” one will be our store moving forward. The “shop” one is just for giftcards.
It looks to be set properly as shop-2
Also, I see this in the woocommerce logs:
2018-02-07T00:14:42+00:00 CRITICAL Call to undefined function request_filesystem_credentials()
Get backup and switch to default theme, Then only we can find this issue coming from where?
Oh ok
Try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php
file and the /wp-content/
directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.
Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.
I’ll give that a try and let you know what happens.
Thank you for your help and quick replies!
All fixed! Thank you so much!
