  • That’s because your images are not all the same size. They need to be exact throughout.

Clear your cache and make sure it’s the new one by right clicking and copying image address. Make sure its not the same exact name either.

    Hi Admin

we have done this new image with SKU name instead of old name.

Can you please open the url below and see the product SKU : A1620 once please

    https://www.grandkoi.com/shop/

i cleared the cache and tried. Also tried in a different mobile network too. Same half image

    please help

Make sure when you add this image that you are not checking a box that has a size. You are entering this in the featured or variation area? I just want to make sure.

Becuase your making that large photo 300×300 after upload and that’s usually by uploading it and telling it to be that size.

This photo is being added as 300×300
    https://www.grandkoi.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/SKUA1620-1-300×300.png

    This image is perfect

233×350 is what you want and something, when you upload I’m not sure is overwriting that size.

This is the half size image at full.

Something is cutting these when they’re being added. Are there resizes in the functions.php file?

    – I havent checked any box. It was showing a checkbox but i didnt selected.

    – I tried by uploading to media first and select the image as “Product Image”, No luck. I tried uploading from edit product details and upload directly from computer, No luck

    – I am not sure admin. Let me check and come back to you. But other images you see on the shop page with clean blue color background and perfect images are uploaded first to the media and they selected as product image.

Where i can find functions.php file? so i will check

Look at the difference in this. When you add the half size images somethings throwing it off. Like a compression plugin or the theme. If you can, switch to a different theme and then check it out and then back to your theme.

It would be something like this

    add_image_size( 'custom-size', 220, 180 );

The way your images are processed though makes me think it’s theme related or a plugin.

    Hi @sureramaiah

The images are managed by the theme and usually will be included under Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images if an option to change the size is available. If not, you’ll have to reach out to the theme author or a developer for assistance. More on specifics can be found here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/image-sizes-theme-developers/

We recommend one of the services listed on this page who can assist with any custom development work:

    Hope this helps,
