Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » Shop output breaks when loop templates overrides are copied to theme folder

  • Resolved Hans

I’m at the moment developing a webshop based on WooCommerce. (My first shop using WooCommerce).
And when ever I add the template file loop/add-to-cart.php the shop breaks, it only outputs partly one product and then stops.

I get the following in my error_log:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method WC_Product_Variable::add_to_cart_text()
PHP Warning: uasort(): Array was modified by the user comparison function

This behaviour is repeatable with a non modified version of the twentythirteen theme as well.

Am I missing something here or is the loop templates broken..?
According to the documentation this is how i should use the template files.

This is btw. becourse i want to change the syntax of the add to cart button on categorie overview pages (last button type i need to modify in the template files).

  • I close this issue after getting feedback via github

I used template files from the upcomming version insted of the current one. Thats what made the shop function break up.

Replaceing them with the correct file solved the problem right up.
