 * I have tried a few but not have the features or if they do I can’t find them 
   lol
 * What i’m after is a shop plugin that allows
 * Physical Items
    Digital Items Postage based on how many items…for example
 * 1 book is 5.99 postage for 1 book is say 1.50
    if they add a second item it them
   adds say 0.75 for postage
 * so
 * book 1 5.99 + 1.50
    book 2 5.99 + 0.75
 * and so on, so for 1 item postage is 1.50 but for every other added it adds 0.75.

 * It can do all of the above – including the shipping method you described. In 
   eShop, that would be Method 1 ( per quantity of 1, prices reduced for additional
   items ) in eShop -> Shipping.
