    Dear Community,

since one month I can’t change or remove the shop message, that is showed on each page. When I want to remove the message and I click “publish”, I get a info, that something went wrong and I should try once again few seconds late.

I have turned on the message ca. 10th July.

    Have someone the same issue?

    Thank You in advance,

The “Customizer” where that feature lives, is a default function of WordPress. If that’s not working, there may be a conflict on your site.

I would recommend running a test on your staging site where you switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. Then disable ALL plugins, except for WooCommerce and try again.

We have a guide on how to test for conflicts here:

If that works you can re-test to see if it was your theme or a plugin causing the error and then contact it’s developer to have them fix their code.

    Dear Phil,

thank You for Your tips. I went this way and I disabled all plugins and then enabled one after the other.

In my case it was the plugin: Lower Price or Best Price Guarantee for WooCommerce

I will contact now the developer.

    Hi there @kamcioo,

I’m glad to hear you were able to narrow down what was causing the issue with saving in the Customizer! Thank you for letting us know about that. Hopefully the developers of that “Lower Price or Best Price Guarantee for WooCommerce” plugin will be able to resolve the issue.

I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. If you have any further questions, please start a new thread.

    Have a wonderful day!
