Hi there,
I want shop manager to see orders but can’t modify.
I watched this https://youtu.be/fFoST7We0wY?si=JHnN3fwrBAFDQc9k&t=205

I read this https://publishpress.com/blog/capabilities/allow-users-to-view-and-not-edit-woocommerce-orders/

But if I don’t give edit others authority, then orders pages can’t open.

Hi again,

Thanks for reply.
In the article it mentions we should install permissions plugin. But later I don’t see anything related with that plugin.

Also,
“Go to “Capabilities” then “Admin Menus” in your WordPress admin menu.”
This step is not allowing me choose posts but asking to buy pro plugin.

@roadlink You are correct. PublishPress Permissions is not necessary for this case. I’ve deleted it.

And the Admin Menus is part of Pro version. You could skip that step. It’s just additional step if you want to hide Post menu.

I tried again but I got authorization error on orders page.
Do you able to test it now if it is working with latest woocommerce?

weird, when I do these settings, I couldn’t reach the order page. It shows me error.
