Shop manager role can’t choose product primary category

    Hi there, I want to know how a user with the shop manager role can choose the primary category of a product?

    I have activated the “Role manager” tool and granted all permissions to the shop manager role, but I still cannot select the primary category when creating a product. If I enter with the administrator role, I can do it, but with the shop manager role, no. I also tried turning off the “role manager” tool to see if all the permissions were enabled, but it wasn’t. The “Add SEO Controls” option is enabled for products.

    Is there something I’m doing wrong?

    We were not able to replicate the issue on our end. The primary category option is available for the shop manager role if On-page Schema settings are allowed for the role in our Role Manager.

    Please clear the cache of your site and check again. If the issue persists, please share a screencast of the issue(including user role, settings in role manager, and primary taxonomy setting for products in the Titles & Meta settings), so we can check this further. You can use a tool like https://loom.com/ to record and share the screencast.

    Hi,

    Thanks to your support I was able to solve the problem. It had to do with another plugin (Admin Menu Editor Pro).
