shop manager cant manage invoices

    Hi,I have given shop manager permissions to an employee but he can not download invoices or packing slips. How can he access to this function without being an administrator?

    It does not work with shop manager role and safari configuration. It also does not work with a custom role that has the same permissions as the shop manager role.

    Do you know how to enable the log file?
    You just have to follow these steps.

    After that, can you put here the content of your debug.log so we can try to understand better what’s happening?
