Shop Manager Cannot Preview the New Product Page They Just Created

    Hello+
    We have been successfully using Woocommerce and the Shop Manager Level for quite some time until now… We suddenly cannot Preview the Product Page we just created (or drafted or saved). When logged in as Shop Manager this level of access needs to be able to Make New Product Pages and Update Existing Product Pages. We login > add new product > make the title & add some content > draft > Preview… Does not go to the Preview of the Product Page just created (instead it just goes to our Home Page).
    Then we logged in as Admin Level and went through the exact same process and the Preview went to the Preview Page of the Product we just created (as expected).
    We are woking in WP v 5.7.2 and Woocommerce v 5.4.1….I can provide more details, but not sure what you need. Please advise….

    Hello,

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Thank you for being patient. I have tested as suggested and here are the results…

    I tested with the default WordPress Twenty Twenty-One Theme and all plugins active and still have the same issue.

    I kept the default theme and deactivated the plugins one at a time and found the Popup Builder Plugin by Sygnoos is causing the issue…. I will reach out to them.

    I will close this ticket now. Thank you for the guidance.
