   never told you to buy extensions or pay more to get the issues fixed. What you
   are saying is absolutely popestrous.
 * We are not charging VAT illegally (LOL, are you serious?), Our payment processor
   legally charges tax based on the countries.
 * What you are saying is absolutely absurd. We have already provided you the refund
   on the same day you requested, there was some problem from the payment gateway’s
   side stating that the payment was refunded by the amount didn’t reached. Here
   is the official response from the payment gateway team:
 * This looks to be something done by accounting due to the buyer disputing the 
   charge as fraudulent. I’m not seeing any signs of the refund on the PayPal side
   however I’ve asked accounting to clarify since they’re most familiar with the
   process on their end. We’ll get back to you once we can provide more information.
