 * Does anyone know how I can integrate ShipStation into my woo commerce site in
terms of auto calculating the shipment costs. Also does anyone know of how ShipStation
actually works? I signed up for a free trial and bought the plugin from woo-commerce,
just having a little trouble of figuring everything out.

 * Hi there! I can help you a bit with your questions about ShipStation. We integrate
with Woo Commerce so that when your orders come in, we can help you find the
lowest rate for *you* to ship items. You’ll need to configure what shipping rates
you show to your customers within your Woo Commerce site. 🙂
 * Also, to get started in the ShipStation app itself, you might want to go to the
Support menu in our app and watch one of the “Getting Started” webinars. You
can also submit a support ticket, and we’d be happy to answer any questions you
   have. 🙂

 * Can I configure Shipstation or Woocommerce to update woocommerce’s orders status
when a shipment takes place? i.e. change the WC order from “Processing” to “Completed”
when the label is completed. This would save us some effort in our fulfillment
   house.

 * Hi SolarJunkie! Yes, you can have ShipStation set your orders to “Completed”
when you ship a WooCommerce order.
 * When you’re setting up the integration on the WooCommerce side (WooCommerce -
   > Settings -> ShipStation), you’ll have an option to choose the “Completed” status
in the “Import” area. Once you save that, any order should then update to “Completed”
once you ship it in ShipStation. Let us know if you have any other questions!
 * Thanks! 🙂

 * I know this is an old thread, but thought I might ask a related question in regards
to woocommerce and shipstation integration. My client is having issues receiving
order notes as part of the order imported into shipstation. Is there an option
to include these notes when shipstation receives the order from woocommerce?
I haven’t found any options to choose what fields are passed on either the wp
plugin settings nor the shipstation shop admin settings.

 * I would like to know the answer to this as well. When we took a look at an order
in shipstation from a customer that left some notes in a woocommerce order, they
   did not propagate to shipstation.

 * For WooCommerce related questions, best to start your own thread on the WC sub-
   forum:
