# Shippo connection issue

 * I installed WP Security this morning and now Shippo is unable to pull customer
   data from my woocommerce site. I am assuming that this has something to do with
   the firewall. Any suggestions? When I deactivate WP Security Shippo can pull 
   the data.

 * Can you try disabling these features one at a time and after each one has been
   disabled, can you check wether you still get the Shippo issue.
 * 1. Under “Miscellaneous” can you uncheck the “Disallow Unauthorized REST Requests”
   
   2. Under “Firewall”l>”Basic firewall rules” can you ensure the option next to“
   Disable Pingback Functionality From XMLRPC ” is unchecked? 3. Under Firewall>
   > Additional firewall rules can you ensure the option next to “Deny bad query
   strings” is unchecked.

   again

 * i unistalled all my security plugin i just have jetpack.
    help me please.
