    After updating to 3.8.14.1 from 3.8.12.x, two problems have occurred:

    1. Orders are not completing correctly – so, even though payment has been processed by paypal and funds received, orders are showing in the dashboard as Incomplete and email confirmation of orders is never received.

    2. Item Shipping is not being applied to the orders, so although the dashboard is showing a price which includes item cost, item shipping and flat rate shipping, only the item cost & flat rate shipping have been applied/charged.

    This has led to me nearly missing orders which have been made on my site (alerted to them only when checking paypal account) and then having to fulfil orders for which item shipping has not been paid (thus losing money).

    I’ve rolled back to 3.8.12.1 and everything’s working fine again.

  • I’m having the same exact problems since updating to 3.8.14.1 from 3.8.13.3.

    I’ve tried turning off all my plug-ins and going back to the default WP theme but nothing works.

    I’ll be rolling back asap as well…

    Luckily I only missed one order and yeah I had to eat part of the shipping- hopefully this gets fixed soon…

    Hey Mihai- so I manually updated the 6 changed files from that pull request on Github and gave 3.8.14.1 another shot. Unfortunately it had me stuck in an error loop when I’d try to continue on from the checkout page to Paypal. As soon as I clicked the button I’d get an error message telling me I had to “choose a shipping option”, but there was nothing to choose from as I don’t have any shipping options turned on…

    Have you tried your issue in default WP.org theme with all plugins but WP eCommerce plugin activated?

    I bet the devs will really appreciate it!

    Hi ray-instinct. Yes, the first thing I tried was running with the 2013 standard theme and all my plug-ins deactivated.

    I will head over to Github and log the issue- thanks!
