Hi, I have set up three shipping zones by post code; UK Mainland, Non UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands. I have my classes and set which zone to use which class. I have been testing a Jersey address, which should be non uk mainland but it allows the order to go through at the uk mainland charge – despite the fact I have entered all the zones by post code (painstakingly!) The post code I’m testing is JE2, which isn’t even in the list for UK mainland! I have been trying to fix this on and off for weeks and I am just completely stumped. Am I missing something simple???

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of your Shipping Zones setting with us?

Additionally, would you mind copying and pasting your System Status Report into this thread so that we can check for any red flags there? You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report in your WP-Admin dashboard.

    Thanks!

I just wanted to follow-up with you on this thread; hope you were able to fix this problem with shipping and shipping zones that we had discussed here.

I’m marking this thread as Resolved as we have not heard back from you in a while. If the problem persists though, feel free to reopen this, we would be happy to look into this for you.

    All the best!

Sorry Hari, I thought I had uploaded the information! It is not resolved, but I cannot see where or how I upload screen shots?
