Shipping Zones buttons doesn't works

I need your help, please.

WP version: 4.5.3, WC version: 2.6.2

I would like to setup shipping zones, but unfortunately the buttons (Add shipping zone and Add shipping method) doesn’t works…

As I checked with FireBug there are missing links of the buttons, prints screen: http://prnt.sc/bo7y0e
