# Shipping weight

 * Hi,
 * We have generated the xml to the Google Shopping and it’s not published because
   we are told that there’s an error in this feed: the shipping weight. We have 
   added this field in this way: Google Shopping Attribute: g:shipping_weight, Prefix:
   Kg and Value: Weight and also tried weight (Custom attribute) but the error goes
   on. Any idea about what we are doing badly?

 * In order to understand how you configured your product feed I need your help.
   
   Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true
 * Your URL should look something like this now:
    ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&
   debug=true
 * On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could
   you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me at [support@adtribes.io](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shipping-weight/support@adtribes.io?output_format=md)
   and reference to this issue?
 * It will help me to understand how exactly you have configured your product feed.
