 * We have many customers who want to use their own shipper and are willing to provide
   their account numbers for this. How would this best be handled using Woocommerce?
   By defining a new shipping method? OR does anybody recommend a plugin? Or something
   else? Thanks

 * Hmm, I did find a plugin that might work for this: WooCommerce Use My Shipper.
   Still looking for some other options.
