    When this plugin is enabled, the “shipping to different address?” is visible by default, although the checkbox isn’t even checked.

    Any idea why that’s the case?

    It sounds like you might have a Javascript error on your checkout page. Can you share a product page url to your site so it can be reviewed?

    Thanks for the tip! It was related to a caching plugin.
