    I have setup and submitted by Feed to Google Merchant. I’m having issues with getting Google Merchant to accept Shipping and Tax. Can you please provide some help in trouble shooting this section? Do I not have my Shipping or Tax in Woocommerce setup correctly?

    Under the feed-itself I’ve set “shipping” and “tax” to:

    “Use the settings in the Merchant Center”

    However Google Merchant account throws an error for all products

    These are crucial errors to required attributes and should be resolved as soon as possible.

    Missing tax information – 8 errors
    Tax must be specified in the ‘tax’ attribute or in your account settings. Note: Allow 15 minutes for account settings to take effect before uploading a new feed.”

    I figured it out after much struggling. I was able to set the TAX RATE in Google Merchant itself. I was also able to do this for SHIPPING. These are both settings you can setup in Google Merchant!

    Hello @mallamace,

    Glad you have found it.
    You can set the shipping settings in the feed if that is needed in special occasions .
    By default the feed shipping settings are set to “Use the settings in the Merchant Center” In your merchant center you than have to set all appropriate shipping settings.

    I’ll mark this ticket as resolved, but if there are any issues don’t hesitate to reopen it again.
