Hi, I am working on my clients website and have setup table rates for each suburb that he will be delivering too. The website sells weight lifting equipment and the rates are based on weight.
I have added all the suburbs in the Shipping Zones with their corresponding postcodes and added seperate table rates based on their location. I have added a standard handling fee with 2 tables, one based on Price with a minimum amount condition and the other on weight with a minimum and maximum weight and a cost per kg amount.
I am having some issues with when adding a product to cart and then doing a calculation on shipping, adding a postcode and it shows up the wrong price, but does not do it for other postcodes. I have setup the table rates the same way as the ones that are working.
Am I doing something wrong. Would very much like to talk with someone about it as I need to resolve it as soon as possible.
