Hi,
It might be that you never had any WBS rules in the Belgium shipping zone. A common misconception is that one can “link” a shipping method in a shipping zone (the one on your third screenshot) with the global shipping method (first screenshot). That’s probably happened here as well.
Instead, global and shipping zones’ methods work separately, which might be useful sometimes.
To clarify, if you remove the shipping zone WBS method at this moment, it won’t change anything since the method is empty.
Do you think your global WBS method doesn’t work as expected?

I understand your point.
Thing is that suddenly no shipping is added to any orders anymore.
Nothing else changed except WordPress and plugin updates.
Settings show WBS is active, but none are applied in the shop.
I’ve read your basic topic, and tried turning of all plugins and reactivating them one by one, with no effect.
Weight settings are correct, browser shows no javascript or other console errors.
Would you have any suggestions how I can find out why the shipping isn’t applied ?

I was able to solve this issue by unchecking the “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered” checkbox on the wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=shipping§ion=options page.
Please note that, when an address was entered, shipping wasn’t calculated correctly either / at all.

Given that it was working before and stopped, it might mean something actually changed, e.g., the shipping rules or product settings.
Could you let me know details about an order you get no shipping options for after entering a shipping address? In particular: items in the cart, their weights, total weight, order subtotal, and shipping destination. Also, what shipping options do you expect to see for this order?
