I did some extensive troubleshooting on this problem.

After installing older versions of the plugin that previously did work correctly, I can say that the actual plugin is working correctly. Since even with previously functional versions of the software stalled, shipping calculations still showed the same error.

Also, after duplicating some products, with identical size/weight/dimensions but different SKU, I can see the software is still splitting them into different packages solely based on being different products (SKU). So, the problem has nothing to do with dimensions or product weight.

Simply the problem appears to be on the backend of the servers, when the servers calculate the USPS rate, they are always giving back an individual package for each SKU. So, even though I have the same option checked as always for combining packages, the server is ignoring it and always giving back the rate for splitting packages.

    Hi @zanza321

Do you have any packages configured under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > WooCommerce Services?

If the packages are configured in the plugin settings, could you enable debug output under WooCommerce > Status > WooCommerce Services? With this, you will see some extra data while checking out the products, which might help us with debugging of this issue.

Hello Marcin, yes there is 1 package configured.

Yes, I did enable debug. What do you want me to do with it?

Also, I checked the shipping options for the 100th time this weekend, the USPS settings are set to pack items together. As far as I know this is the only setting that controls this, and it is correctly set, yet the

    “Multiple Packages for WooCommerce”

Disabling it seems to eliminate the problem! seems like newer version of WordPress broke the plugin somehow.
I will contact the other plugin author regarding this problem

Could you share the debug output you see on the checkout page when you encounter the problem?

Also, could you share the dimensions/weights of the products and the dimensions/weights of the configured package?
