    I’ve set up the account as specified in the video and directions and have double checked the test account info and password and I can’t find any faults. It is still not working. I enabled debug mode, but when I add something to the cart, it doesn’t even show the debug information and the shipping says, “There are no shipping methods available…” Only when I change the product amount and hit update does it give me the following…

    If you are in the test mode or live credentials, then this error means that the FedEx Credentials are incorrect.
    Kindly provide the values correctly and you shall not get the problem again.
    (Account number, meter number, web Services Key, Web Services Password)

    Hello,
    Yes I have triple checked them and the credentials are what I was given by Fedex.

    Should I just bypass the test credentials and have FedEx send me the live ones?

    Please advise.

    Hi @meiraleo,

    We hope you have disabled Production Key checkbox and then you are checking the rates. Ideally, if you have provided the credentials correctly and disabled Production Key checkbox, then the problem should not be there.

    The Production key is not checked and the credentials are correct.
