Shipping Rate and Shipping Address

I am having an issue where customers enter the shipping address and they then also have to select the appropriate city for shipping, but there is not logic to ensure they are one in the same. The issue is I can have a customer place an order that is going to City A @ $10 but the shipping rate defaults to City B @ $5. If they customer either doesn’t realize they need to change the shipping rate city or they are trying to get it cheaper, they don’t pay the correct amount.

How can I ensure the city field in the woo commerce shipping address city field matches the advanced flat rate city? I imagine this must be a common issue?

We understand your concern. You want to add shipping charges on city specific, But we are not providing this feature in our free version of the plugin.

Using pro version you can achieve this.

Here we want to suggest you that you can achieve this feature by creating ZONE where you can add shipping charges by zipcode. You can also set different ranges of zipcodes.

I have purchased the pro version of the plugin but it does not seem to be working as suggested. I added zones with associated postal codes but no shipping methods display when I use the zones as rules.

Please direct me on how the shipping method can be updated based on the a woo commerce shipping address field such as city or postal code. I looked at your demos but they do not appear to do so.
