Shipping quote not taxed in cart/checkout

    Hi,

    We are using Woocommerce (3.8.1) and have TransDirect (7.0) plugin installed and configured on our site http://www.spillmaster.com.au
    When user add’s product to cart, our GST tax is not including the shipping charge in it’s calculations. The product item is being used to calculate the GST. For example;

    Product costs – $89.25
    Shipping – $18.42
    GST – $8.93
    Total – $116.60

    Our Woocommerce settings are:

    1) Tax rates enabled
    2) Shipping tax class based on cart items
    3) Shipping ticked in our GST (standard rate) tax rates

    We have turned off/on plugins
    We have sent support request to Transdirect and await their reply (very slow)

    Any help appreciated
