    It seems that tracking link for naqel express isn’t working, could you please fix it?

    Hi @orostudios,

    We updated Naqel Express to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.

    To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

    Thank you very much for your fast fix.
    from not and go on clicking on the shipment number will lead to the main naqel page not to the tracking info page, right?

    Yes there is not a way to go direct tracking page with shipment number.
