Shipping prices do not scale…

    Hi –

    I have a client site which has a problem.

    If a customer buys, let’s say, three bags of dog treats (7oz) and each one costs $7.70 USD to ship via USPS, the system is now just tripling that shipping cost, instead of ramping it up based on weight.

    Can this plugin fix this issue?

    Hi,

    With this plugin, you can add one or more rules to show a shipping price depending on the total weight of items in the order. E.g.:
    1. Order Weight: 0-10oz; Price: $7
    2. Order Weight: 10-20oz; Price: $9
    3. etc.

    Also, take a look at the USPS Simple plugin and its ‘Quote regular items by weight’ option.
