Hello, I am using your plugin Flexible shipping to besafe, there are different prices, based on weight of products. However I need to set something like “Shipping for a question”, if package weight is over 10kg.

For example, I have set seomething like this: https://snipboard.io/YqBFuP.jpg
Once the package’s weight is over 10kg, I need either to display “We will contact you about individual shipping calculation” in checkout, or hide that shipping method. Is there a way, how can I do it?

Now, when package weight is over 10kg, I am getting free shipping, which is absolutely wrong 🙁

thank you for contacting us, I’ll be happy to help.

I think that the best solution is to delete the last shipping method: https://i.imgur.com/s0WFwek.png
This way, the shipping method won’t be displayed when package weight is over 10kg.

If it’s the only shipping method that you are offering in your Shipping Zone, your customer will get “There are no shipping methods available” message. You can easily change it with some custom code.
