Shipping & Payment Method Combos

    Hi i have 3 shipping methods and 2 payment methods

    I have

    1) Delivery in person to our main island
    2) Collection from our shop
    3) Postage to our sister island

    I need that 1 and 2 are to have option to ONLY be paid cash on delivery / collection and 3 to ONLY have paypal andy help with this please
