Shipping Options Disappearing on Checkout Page

    WordPress version: 3.9.2
    WP eCommerce version: 3.8.14.1
    Gold Cart version: N/A
    Theme: Weaver II 2.1.12

    I did this: I changed my PHP to 5.4 on my website.

    I expected WPeCommerce to do this: Nothing – the checkout page had been fine before. I am using a Fixed Rate table of charges from the plugin wpsc-simple-shipping v1.1.

    Instead it did this: Now when you go to the checkout page the table appears as normal at first but when the customer enters their shipping address details it vanishes and is replaced by a message saying “Please click the Calculate button to refresh your shipping quotes, as your shipping information has been modified.” I can’t find the code that is making this happen so can’t stop it from occurring.

    Can anyone suggest what the problem is or identify the code that makes this happen? My website is http://www.hippobeers.co.uk.
