We then check this user’s profile page, and it seems the most likely culprit > is your B2BKing Core plugin that can determine which payment/shipping methods > are available to which customer. > I note that, by default, the customer is assigned to a group that, in theory, > should give it full access to all shipping and payment options. But, as a test, > I switched the user’s Shipping and Payment Methods setting from Follow group > rules to Manual settings, and manually gave them access to all shipping and > payment options. I ask because the code has differences. * 2) Do you have any caching plugin active? It could be possible the issue has to do with a cache that needs to clear.
