Shipping option not found

    Hi, Im having thats driving me crazy. Building ecomm with woocommerce. shipping issue:

    I have 2 simple shipping options:
    #1: Free shipping over $75
    #2: Flat rate shipping for under 75

    When i put something in my cart under $75 i get error: No shipping options were found and cant go any further.

    when my cart has over $75 ..there is no shipping issue and works fine.

    any thoughts?

    Thank you for those screenshots. The configurations look right, so there must be something else causing the problem. Can you please get back to us with:

    1. System Status Report:

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    2. Screenshot of this page, without actually opening any particular zone: WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping zones

    Hi there!

    Thank you for the screenshot and System Status Report.

    WooCommerce takes the customers address and matches it to the first zone configured for the address and attempts to find a shipping method that is applicable for the customer. Once a shipping zone is matched, it does not look for other shipping zones.

    Taking a look at your setup:

    Customer gets matched to the US zone for free shipping -> System decides that they cannot be offered free shipping because order total < $75 -> No shipping method is offered to them.

    Solution:

    Remove the second shipping zone and add the flat rate to the zone where you’ve configured free shipping. Free shipping will only be offered for orders over $75, so you can have them both under the same shipping zones.
