Shipping option discount or add new shipping option

    Hi Support,
    We want reduce a particular UPS shipping option price (UPS ground as free) or add a free shipping as a option in checkout. Is there any option for it. Please advise

    Hi @manikandan2021,
    Thanks for reaching us.
    The UPS plugin allows you to set free shipping over a certain amount of a cart total, however, this applies to all UPS services.

    If you want to set up free shipping for one UPS service only, please disable this service in the UPS Services Table and then create a WooCommerce default flat rate shipping method, name it UPS Ground (Free), and leave its cost at 0.
