    I have recently updated the plugin to the latest version and converted to a single delivery instead of groups and now the check out will not pick up any delivery charges at all. I have no idea why everything looks like its configured correctly. Please help!

    Could you please share some screenshots of your Shipping Zones and Shipping Methods and it’s configuration with us?

    It will be very helpful for us to determine what’s causing this.

    Yes I got the problem sorted thank you. The single shipping options were not configured correctly which is why I was getting the error.

    Hello,

    I am having a similar issue except that the shipping costs appear sometimes, as follows:

    1. When the order is below 99 Euros the shipping costs are not added at all.

    2. When the order is above 99 Euros, which should have free shipping, the costs initially appear but incorrectly as all the shipping options are displayed with a suggested paid shipping option even if there should be only free shipping visible.

    3. After deleting the products from the basket and updating it all the costs disappear regardless if the order is over 99 Euro (should have free shipping) or less than 99 Euro, which should have a shipping charge added to it. I use Flexible shipping plugin and my theme is Woodmart. Thank you!

    Hi @catfrog,

    On the first glimpse it looks like there might be something wrong either with the shipping cost calculation rules’ configuration or some other plugin is interfering. Have you checked if the problem occurs also with all the plugins deactivated and only WooCommerce and Flexible Shipping left active?

    Could you please paste the screenshots showing how your shipping methods are currently configured?

    Thanks so much for your answer!

    I have now deactivated all the plugins except Woocommerce & flexible shipping per your advice. And the costs are added now ok but it does not change to free shipping when I update the basket to over 99 Euros. It does show it as an additional option but the main suggested option is still the paid shipping.

    In terms of my configuration, I have set paid option, local pickup and free shipping. I have not set flexible shipping option here as it would be doubling the free shipping one. Or do I have to set up both?

    Where can I send you screenshots from my configurations?

    Thank you @catfrog for the prompt response. I believe the free shipping should be handled in this case by the Flexible Shipping as well, either by entering the free shipping threshold or coming from the shipping cost calculation rules with 0€ cost.

    This forum unfortunately doesn’t allow to upload the images directly, so in order to attach the screenshots you need to use the image hosting sites like https://imgur.com or similar, upload the screenshots there and then paste the links here.

    Additionally now, after deactivation of my plugins for testing the cart something got corrupted as now my shop page does not show the images and proper formatting any more! I did activate back all my plugins and it still is corrupted! What shall I do now? 🙂

    I restored the previous version on Updraft backup and the website looks ok again, thank God! 🙂

    I suppose that signing up to Imgur is not required to be able to upload the images. Have you tried simply using this link:

    1. I have set 4 shipping zones – local, Austria, Germany, EU Countries

    2. I set free shipping for local zone for all orders. Could you see if the codes are set up properly?

    3. I have given 99 Euros as a cart value threshold for Austria & Germany & 150 for EU countries.

    But it still does not work properly as locally it should not show any costs… I am attaching 2 screen shots from the view I get now with an order below and above 99 Euros

    Could I ask you a favour and see whether is adds any shipping costs at all from your location too?
