I have a free shipping mehtod if you buy more than 60€, but when you have more than 60€ in the cart the free shipping is activated and is not possible to change the shipping method.

Several weeks ago I could change although I have more than 60€ in cart.

    Hi @jccarmona,

I tried replicating the issue you’re experiencing on your website, but it seems like only local pickup is showing up for me. Could you kindly guide me through the steps you took that led to this issue? I attempted to recreate the problem on my testing site as well, but everything appeared to be working as expected.

Additionally, could you please share a screenshots of your shipping settings and a copy of your site’s system status reports?

Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

And to get systems status reports, navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support. You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here.

By default, WooCommerce will show all shipping methods that match the customer and the cart contents. This means Free Shipping will also show along with Flat Rates and other Shipping Methods.

However, if you want to hide other shipping methods once Free shipping is available, you may follow the guide here: https://woo.com/document/hide-other-shipping-methods-when-free-shipping-is-available/

In the meantime, you can run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue. More info: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Hi @dodwan

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing the same issue.

However, to align with forum best practices, please create a new topic so that we can address your issue(s) separately. You can create a new thread here.

Thanks for understanding and Looking forward to hearing from both of you!

    Hi @jccarmona,

Thanks for sharing screenshot and additional details.

I’m still having difficulty replicating the issue you’re experiencing on your website. When I try to add a product that costs less than 60€, I do not see any shipping options on my end.

And If I add a product that exceeds 60€, it still doesn’t display any shipping method.

Interestingly, I only receive the local pickup option when I include the zip code, as I mentioned in my previous reply.

However, I’ve checked your system status reports, and your theme seems to override the checkout template. Additionally, you’re using a plugin to customize the checkout field. To help pinpoint the issue, would you mind running a conflict test? Here’s a helpful link on how to do that: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Feel free to set up a staging site and run the conflict test there if you need to. I suspect either your theme or one of your plugins might conflict with the latest version of WooCommerce.

Until we can identify the root cause and find a solution, you may consider a temporary workaround. You could downgrade to an older version that used to work well on your live site. The WP Roll Back plugin can help you do this.

Let us know how that goes for you. Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hey, @jccarmona!

Thanks for the screenshots. I was now able to replicate the issue on your website.

As my colleague mentioned, it seems you have the theme and a plugin interfering with the checkout. Can you please run a conflict test to see if this happens on a WooCommerce default scenario?

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

    — Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

    — Also, you can consider using a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

    — It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

You can find more about this in this guide.

Please let us know about your findings.

    Looking forward to your reply.

I allready deactivate the checkout fields plugin, now it is the normal woocommerce way to checkout…

    Could you check it?

    Hey!

I checked the site now and here’s what I’m seeing:

If it is less then 60, it shows the two options normally as it did before.

If it is over 60, it only shows free shipping. So it is different than before, since it was previously also showing store pick up, but not letting you choose.

So, to confirm your goal so we can know how to proceed, do you want that all options show up even when free shipping is available?

If you do, have you added any custom code to hide the other options?

If, when free shipping is available, you only want it to show, is this working as intended now or is there still an issue?

    Looking forward to your reply.

Right! I need that all options show up even when free shipping is available, allways.

    Hey, @jccarmona!

Right! I need that all options show up even when free shipping is available, allways.

    All right, thanks for confirming!

So, by default WooCommerce does not hide other shipping options when free shipping is available. So there’s something else interfering.

Did you add any custom code to modify this?

If not, from what I understand, you did not try a full conflict test, right? You only deactivated checkout fields plugin. Can you please try a full conflict test as I suggested above so we can figure out what is hiding the other options?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
