 * The domestic shipping method only exist in the US. Is there something similar
   for Europe?
    Is it possible to have a domestic shipping cost and an international
   one with a french Paypal account or can you plug in handle this? thanks

 * Thanks but I need something different. Is there a way to extend your plugin? 
   What I need is to have base shipping for France, for Europe and outside Europe.
   Paypal doesn’t offer anything like that so I need to add the features in the 
   plugin.
