• Dear team,

Right under WooCommerce / Shipping Zones / Shipping Method, you can configure Packlink’s shipping methods (or not) to be displayed to the user (and to add shipping to the order).

No matter what settings are configured (in my case, I completely remove all Packlink shipping methods and I configure my own, with the shipping prices I want), there should be some cron job or something that is removing my configuration once a week (every Sunday).

This is a big problem for some users (for example in my case), because I have my own shipping prices configured for each shipping zone and I do not want the user to be able to select Packlink’s shipping methods by himself (sometimes I need to send the goods refrigerated which is not possible with Packlink).

    I am using:

    Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
    Wordpress 5.5.1 (latest)
    LiteSpeed Cache 3.5.0.2 (latest)
    WooCommerce 4.6.0 (latest)
    Packlink Pro 3.0.4 (latest)
This bug is not new for me, it’s happening from the first time I started using Packlink Pro (about 2 months ago) even with old versions of all plugins previously mentioned.

If you need any further info or logs. please let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi @packlink,

    Thanks for your response.

Assigning carries to products wouldn’t solve the issue since all available carries become available (every Sunday) on “Locations not covered by your other zones” zone. This is a big issue because a user in a geographical place not covered by my business, can make an order… I would then have to refund them etc…

I assume the issue will not be solved in the latest update since there are no release-notes related to this bug. However, I will try this new version and will update here next Monday.

    Thanks

Side note: @packlink Could you please keep volunteer support in the forums?

    This is why.

Yes, developers can ask for support to be off of these forums. But when a developer has demonstrated that they are walking around the no back end access, it’s not really appropriate for you to keep doing that.

    Hi,

In order to solve this we will need to you to contact your dedicated Agent in Packlink in order to give you a full support.

Should be due to an issue on your server level

    Packlink team
