    I installed the plugin and configured it, but it is not displayed in the delivery methods on the checkout and in the delivery zones in the woocommerce settings

    Hi @alexxxx2,

    DHL Express Shipping for WooCommerce has 2 modes: standard shipping methods and global shipping method:
    Select Standard shipping methods if you want to add the “DHL Express Live Rates” shipping method in specific shipping zones, or select Global shipping method to enable DHL Express Live Rates for all shipping zones in your store at once.

    If there is no delivery method at checkout, activate debug mode and you will see debug messages when you log in as admin at checkout. Debug messages contain all the data needed to detect the problem.

    I unchecked this setting – Enable/DisableEnable/Disable Enable DHL Express global shipping method

    But this shipping method still doesn’t appear in shipping zones

    Dear @alexxxx2 , we apologize for misleading you. That option isn’t available in the free version of our plugin DHL Express. In the free version of the plugin, services are always shown in all shipping zones. You can’t create a shipping method for a specific shipping zone.

    If I buy DHL Express WooCommerce Live Rates PRO, the problem will go away, right?

    Dear @alexxxx2 , unfortunately this forum is dedicated to free version only. We are not allowed to discuss our plugins paid versions. However, as I mentioned, this option is not available in the free version. It’s included in the PRO version.
