Title: Shipping method is not changing Last modified: August 17, 2020 --- # Shipping method is not changing * Resolved [piposergio](https://wordpress.org/support/users/piposergio/) * (@piposergio) * [5 years, 9 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shipping-method-is-not-changing/) * Hello guys, * I’m trying to change the shipping method on my woocommerce but it’s impossible for me. * If I add a item to the cart, you can see in shipping methods “Standard Delivery( 3/7 days) ( Due to the covid-19 we cannot ship until April 17)” which was an old shipping method, but the real shipping method now at my woocommerce settings is “Standard Delivery (3/7 days)”. * I tried cleaning it from: Woocommerce > Status > Tools and cleaning tables and transients, but nothing changes. * Then I tried cleaning some transients manually from the Database: * _Log into your websites database (usually done through your webhost using PhpMyAdmin). Find the “wp\_options” table for your site. Find all rows in the wp\_options table using the LIKE operation to find wc\_ship. Using PhpMyAdmin this can be done by selecting the wp\_options table and then clicking “Search” on the top menu bar, then entering “%wc\_ship%” into the “option\_name” field. So I’d recommend the following troubleshooting steps in order: * 1. Reach out to your web host and confirm that there’s no caching set up for my-account, cart and checkout pages 2. If that doesn’t help, perform a complete conflict test on a staging site what could be causing this. * This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.   The best way to determine this is to: - - Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce - Repeat the action that is causing the problem * If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
