[resolved] Shipping Information Section Incomplete (5 posts)

    Hi,

    I've just realised that since the upgrade, the 'shipping information' screen in the 'review cart' process only gives the option to enter an email address, not a postal address. Can you please tell me how I can fix this?

    Hi Ruthie,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    It displays only email address in the 'shipping information' screen if all the products contained in the cart is downloadable, it displays all fields like Address, Phone Number etc. if any of the product in the cart is non downloadable.

    To make product non downloadable just remove File URL from Product Download field from the Edit product screen.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply! None of my products were downloadable, but I worked out that I had 'no shipping' selected in the store settings/shipping settings option. When I changed this to flat rate and entered zero value (all my shipping is free) it fixed the problem!

    Hi Ruthie,

    Awesome, great to see you got that fixed.

    To get shipping information from customer it's necessary to select shipping method in the Shipping Settings.

    Please advise if you have more questions.
